Introduction:
-------------

Withdraw came about due to a requirement of Diplomod.  To allow for some functions to work in Diplomod, the AI had to have a certain number of turns with no units inside another Civ's borders.  To do this I wrote Withdraw to force an AI pullout of units.

Version 1.0:
------------

Official release of Withdraw, and also the first version.

- As you see it.  Will boot AI's units after 5 turns if not pulled out.

Version 1.1:
------------

- Logic errors fixed that was crashing CTP2 to desktop when more than one unit was to be expelled.

Version 1.3:
------------

Updated to include changes made to implement Withdraw into the Med Pack II.

- AI units booted to "near" their closest Home City.
- A couple of minor bugs resolved.
